By creating an account or using Imólè you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be at least 18. You are responsible for what you publish and for the businesses and services you advertise.
Your website
Your website is free to build and keep online. You keep ownership of your content. Do not publish anything illegal, misleading, infringing or harmful; we may take content or accounts offline if you do, and will tell you why.
Booking payments and the booking fee
Customers pay when they book, through Paystack, and the money settles directly to your bank account. Imólè charges a booking fee (currently 2%) on each booking payment; you choose in your dashboard whether your customer or your business pays it, and Paystack’s processing fee follows the same choice. You are responsible for honouring bookings, your refund policy, and refunding customers where your policy or the law requires. The booking fee may change with notice; payments already made are not affected.
AI credits
AI credits are earned through the referral programme and can only be used for Imólè AI features. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, transferred or withdrawn, and may be withdrawn if obtained through fake or abusive sign-ups. Imólè Coins bought before Imólè became free were converted to AI credits.
Creators and templates
Template creators keep ownership of their templates and grant buyers a licence to use them on their own websites. Sales are split between the creator and Imólè as shown in the Creators portal.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Imólè online but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email or in your dashboard.
