How to collect booking deposits with Paystack and stop no-shows

Step by step

1. Add your bank account

   In Payments, choose your country and bank and enter your account number. Imólè confirms the account name with Paystack.

2. Choose your deposit

   Pick a fixed amount, a percentage of the service price, or full payment.

3. Set your refund policy

   Choose what happens if a customer cancels — full refund, or no refund within 24 or 48 hours.

4. Switch on online deposits

   Customers now pay the deposit when they book; the booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.

A small deposit makes customers commit. It is normal for salons, makeup artists, photographers and caterers — and it protects your time.

Where the money goes

Deposits are paid through Paystack straight into your own bank account. Imólè does not hold your money.
