Happy customer smiling

These terms form part of the terms of use for every business on Imólè. When customers book or message you through Imólè, you are the data controller and Sundre Communication is your data processor.

What we do with your customers’ data

We store and process customer details only to run your website, bookings, payments, reminders, questions inbox and analytics, on your instructions as set in your dashboard, and to meet legal duties.

Our commitments

  • We keep the data confidential and only authorised staff can access it, with access logged
  • We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures
  • We only use sub-processors listed in our privacy policy, under contracts that protect the data, and will tell you about changes
  • We help you answer customers’ data protection requests
  • We tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your customers’ data
  • When you delete your account we delete or return the data, except where the law requires us to keep it

Your responsibilities

Have a lawful reason for collecting customer data, tell customers how you use it, only use it for their bookings unless they agree otherwise, and keep your account secure.
