The Verified badge helps customers choose businesses they can trust. Imólè is an app of Sundre Communication.
What we check
Registered businesses send their certificate from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC, Nigeria) or the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC, Ghana). We check the document, that the registered name matches the business on Imólè, and — where available — the official registry record. We may ask for more information.
What the badge means
The badge means the business’s registration documents were checked and matched at the time of review. It does not mean Imólè endorses the business or guarantees its work.
Your documents
Documents are stored privately, can only be viewed by authorised Imólè staff, every view is logged, and they are never shown on your website. They are deleted up to 12 months after the badge ends. Registry checks are made through a trusted verification provider only for this purpose.
Losing the badge
We may remove the badge if information turns out to be false, the business’s registration ends, or the business breaks our business standards. Submitting fake or altered documents leads to account closure and may be reported to the authorities.
